We put an offer on a house last night.
We should hear by 5pm today whether they accepted or have a counter offer.
I am expecting a counter offer but acceptance would be a major blessing.
We would have a little money left over to do some things to the house.
And that would be wonderful.
Please pray that we will have peace with our decision.
and that everything will work out smoothly.
